Life Protocol ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Life Protocol mobile application.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you use the app:
The AI assistant feature sends your messages and relevant fitness context to Anthropic's Claude AI service to generate responses. Messages are processed in real time and are not used to train AI models. Please do not share sensitive personal or medical information with the AI assistant.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider, with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Life Protocol does not connect to Apple Health or Google Fit. All health and fitness data is entered manually by you and is stored solely within the app's database.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app.
Life Protocol is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. For other requests, contact us at the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
